Frequently asked questions
Can I change plans at any time?
Absolutely yes. You can switch from Free to Premium or vice versa whenever you want. If you upgrade, you only pay the proportional difference. If you downgrade, the remaining credit is applied to the next cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfer for annual Business plans.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), you have the right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase. For AI Credits, a full refund is available if no Credits or Bonus Requests have been used. For subscriptions, the refund is proportional to actual usage. Full details in our Terms of Service.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. We use advanced encryption (TLS/HTTPS and data encrypted at rest), servers in Europe (GDPR compliant), and never use your data to train AI models. For the Business plan, data stays entirely on your servers.
What happens if I exceed the daily requests on the Free plan?
When you reach the daily limit, your companion lets you know. You can wait for the next day's automatic reset, or upgrade to the Premium plan for many more requests per day.
What are extra AI credits?
AI credits are an option to keep using the service when your daily budget runs out, without changing plans. You can purchase them separately from your personal area.
Do purchased credits expire?
No, extra AI credits never expire. Once purchased, they stay in your account until you use them. They are consumed automatically only when your plan's daily budget (costs and requests) is exhausted, so you always have a reserve available.
Why are AI credits shown in dollars?
The AI models we use are priced in US dollars. To ensure transparency and an exact match between your available credit and actual consumption, we keep credits in dollars. Subscriptions and credit packages are still paid in euros, with automatic conversion at the time of purchase.
What does the custom prompt in Premium, Roleplay and Business plans include?
You can write specific instructions to define how your companion should respond: tone, style, information about you, topics to prioritize. You can set a global prompt for all companions and a specific one for each. Available with the Premium, Roleplay and Business plans.
What are Smart Alerts?
Smart Alerts are intelligent notifications your companion sends when it detects urgent emails or upcoming events in your calendar. They're available with the Premium, Roleplay and Business plans and help you never miss anything important.
Do automatic features have a cost?
Yes, features like Proactive Messages, Smart Alerts, Memory Extraction, and News Digest use AI credits from your plan's daily budget. Usage is generally very low. You can monitor details on the Usage page. Even when your daily budget runs out, automated services like Smart Alerts, News Digest, and Proactive Messages continue to work normally.
What is Roleplay mode?
Roleplay mode lets you play creative fictional scenarios with Friend and Romantic companions (Sara, Cristian, Aria, Leo). You can simulate job interviews, negotiations, social situations, romantic encounters and much more. It's included in the Roleplay plan.
Is there an age requirement for Roleplay?
Yes, Roleplay mode is exclusively reserved for users aged 18 and over. Activation requires explicit age confirmation and acceptance of specific terms and conditions.
Is the Business plan already available?
The Business plan is designed for companies that need an on-premise installation with data staying entirely on their own servers. It's available on request — contact us for a custom configuration.
